The F160 is a high-speed vision sensor designed for ultra-fast manufacturing lines. It features a double-speed camera that captures images up to 4 times faster than previous models and processes images 2 to 10 times faster. This enables inspection tasks on lines handling approximately 5000 pieces per minute. The sensor includes memory card support for storing up to 1000 scenes, enhanced image memory for storing up to 35 failure images, and an I/O monitor for terminal status display. It also supports screen capture, wide camera variations, menu masking, password protection, screen messages, graphic drawing, RS-232C output, short-cut keys, color display, and dialog menus. The F160 uses OMRON's QUEST character recognition system and offers features like variable box measurement, flexible search, rotation search, classification, edge width detection, position displacement compensation, and labeling. |
